About us

SWS are a fully accredited and highly regarded Design Office approved by the UK Civil Aviation Authority (UKCAA). The company specialise in the Certification, Design (Mechanical, Electrical and Structural), Testing and support of aircraft and rotorcraft interior installations.

With a wealth of experience and expertise, SWS have partnered some of the world’s biggest Airlines and Manufacturers to meet the stringent regulatory certification requirements on a diverse portfolio of projects. The company works hard to maintain its DOA (Design Organisation Approval) status with regularly audited, both internally and by UKCAA to ensure we continue to offer the high airworthiness approval and safety standards required by the Authorities and expected by our customers.

Our new offices are based in Port Talbot, a part of a brand new complex at the Baglan Energy Park. We offer an office based/working from home hybrid package. At SWS we understand that sometimes flexibility is in the best interest of our employees. Whilst we maintain that office-based work is the most beneficial format for our business, we have and will continue to offer flexibility to help our staff manage their workload in a way that works for them as well.
