OPERATORS

Our Six Point Plan For Operators

  1. To work alongside clients’ design teams on concept design projects, and to give support and advice on certification issues.
  2. Once the chosen design route is agreed, to undertake a first stage “feasibilty”- identifying areas which pose particular certification challenges and possible project risks. To identify other approvals implications such as required audits for POAs/MOAs also to provide consultancy e.g. conformity, operations, ADOAs etc.
  3. To support the development process ensuring all certification issues have been considered and a plan for compliance agreed- attend ITCM, PDR, CDR and FAI meetings.
  4. To support the qualification of new or modified aircraft and cabin interior products by providing the required testing data.
  5. To support operator clients’ OEMs, ensuring compliance paperwork is correctly submitted.
  6. To liaise with the regulatory bodies, EASA (or the FAA) to obtain approvals including STCs, minor design changes and repairs. Ensure required compliance documentation is complete.

Integrators

Our Six Point Plan for Integrators:

  1. To undertake a “feasibilty”- starting with an aircraft survey to identify the requirements for design and certification documentation; Also to identify the areas which pose particular certification challenges and possible project risks.
  2. To support Integrators with certification, qualification and approvals advice as required during the development phase.
  3. To attend ITCM, PDR, CDR and FAI meetings as required- manage the organisational interface with OEMS/ Operators etc.
  4. To support the qualification of new design by providing the required testing/analysis data.
  5. To support integrator clients by ensuring compliance paperwork is correct.
  6. To liaise with the regulatory bodies, to obtain STCs, minor change/ repair approvals. Ensure required compliance documentation is completed.

OEMS

  4. To support the qualification of new product design by providing the required analysis and testing data.
  5. To support OEM clients with the development of certification and compliance documentation.
  6. To liaise with the regulatory authorities, to obtain the required airworthiness approvals.
